Well Its that time of year. Some call it Rivalry week, some call it the border war, the civil war, the Iron Bowl, the Apple Cup?? (Pac 10 is so lame), Egg Bowl, Battle for the Boot, Bedlam... but Georgia and Georgia Tech probably have the most accurate title of all: Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate.
Thats what this is all about. Not records or championships. Not players or coaches. Its about Hate. They hate you, but more importantly, you Hate them. You live with them and you hate. Hate it when they win. Hate it when they score. Hate it when they cheer. Hate their coach. Hate thier band. Hate thier colors. Hate their town. Hate their school. Hate. Its back there. Just simmering for most of the year. Time to bring out, turn up the heat. Let it boil.
